TANK
Impact resistant, UV-stabilised polyethylene tank. Calibrated sight gauge, flip-open filling lid with filling strainer and 1¼” drain valve from large sump. Quick fill and suction probe fitted as standard.

FANS
Eight or ten individual axial-type fan heads (depending on model), hydraulically driven simultaneously from tractor hydraulics or selfcontained oil supply. Rotomolded fully integrated cowl for light weight and impact resistance. Fully enclosed sealed bearings. Leaf guards are now fitted to the two lower fans behind the sprayer on the QM500 fans.
TRACTOR OIL SUPPLY AND HYDRAULIC CONTROL
For 8-head model - tractor supplied oil system requires 80 L/ min at 2,750 psi to run fans at 2,700 RPM.
For 10-head model - tractor supplied oil system requires 105 L/min at 2,800 psi to run fans at 2,700 RPM.
Oil cooler and soft-start mechanism is fitted. Hydraulic control block includes pressure regulator, check valve for safety, ½” pressure line system and ¾” return line and case drain outlet.
Three sets of tractor remotes required – one set for tower fold, second set for hydraulic drive, third set for pumps.
Optional in-cab electric fan speed adjuster (requires HV4000 or Bravo 180A controller) – see factory fitted options.
AGITATION
Twin Supa-flo venturi agitators and bypass agitation.
OPTIONAL MICRO POWER PACK (INDEPENDENT OIL SUPPLY)
The new Micro Power Pack is a self contained, independent oil supply system to reduce reliance on tractor hydraulics. It is PTO driven, mounted on a self steer drawbar and linked to the sprayer.
The Micro Power Pack features new technologies which create a smaller (20 litre oil capacity), lighter, quieter and cooler running unit with automatic cut out if oil levels drop.
Biodegradable oil is supplied standard in the Micro Power Pack.
Suitable for 40–140 L/min oil flow, dependent on pump size.
Match pump size to sprayer requirements.
NOZZLES
Eight ALBUZ 60o and 80o ceramic hollow cone nozzles (brown and yellow) per head on adjustable nozzle bodies.
Optional adjustable double nozzle bodies for sixteen nozzles per head if required.
PUMP
Standard with an AR250/135 combination positive displacement diaphragm pump (250/135 L/min). AR135 is for auxiliary purposes (agitation etc).
DRIVE

FILTRATION
Filling lid strainer, large suction filter, pressure filter and optional nozzle filters.
CHASSIS

Hydraulically folding top section for transport. Hydraulic width adjustment optional. See factory fitted options.
CONTROLS
Standard with 4-section in-cab electric controls.
Optional HV4000 Controller comes with 4-section Arag motor valves.
WHEELS/AXLE ASSEMBLY
Standard with single axle suspension, with 400 x 22.5 flotation tyres.
