Croplands aims to keep you moviung, now with more boots on the ground than ever, backed by our Technical Support Centre.

Over the last 12 months Croplands has employed an extra 3 in-field service technicians around Australia, including one in their new regional St Arnaud service centre in regional Victoria - bringing the total to six in-field service technicians dotted around Australia.


Aaron Wright,a Charlton local leads the team of service technicians working out of the St. Arnaud centre, as well as having a large in-field presence. Aaron grew up on the family farm and after completing his apprenticeship with Ryans - a Case IH dealership in Charlton, Aaron’s career progression took him to managing and running the workshop for Agrimac Ballarat for the past 14 years. Aaron comes to Croplands with a wealth of knowledge and experience, specialising in the fields of Mechanical, Electrical, GPS and Hydraulics. Aaron prides himself on attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Tony Wyatt is based out of Croplands, Western Australia headquarters in Midvale. Tony was born in England and moved to Australia about 3 and a half years ago. He is trained in mechanical land based Technology and was previously employed by a Case IH dealership, Bredy Agricentre as an apprentice Agricultural Engineer. He has also worked with New Holland at Haynes Agriculture as a Diagnostics Technician and more recently in the oil and gas industry with FMC Technologies, being part of the Surface Wellhead in an installation and maintenance role. He has 10 years’ experience in the Agricultural industry which ranges from Tractors, Headers, Balers and Forage harvesters. Tony hopes to use the knowledge and experience gained in his new role and strive to provide the best service to our customers. 


Ryan Cale has also joined the Croplands team as in-field Service Technician to support the WEEDit product and also provide a greater after sales presence for the Croplands brand in WA. Ryan grew up in the Western Australia’s wheat belt region, living and breathing agriculture from a young age, he attended Cunderdin agricultural college and went on to work on a large broadacre property for 6 years, where he completed Certificate III in Agriculture. Ryan then moved into service and worked as a diesel mechanic for a year, before specialising in WEEDit optical spot technology for Total Precision Systems and more recently for Croplands. Ryan has completed WEEDit training with WEEDit sensor manufacturer, Rometron.  


Cecilto Tago also started with Croplands in November 2017 as an addition in-field service technician based out of Toowoomba. Cecil has a specific focus on precision equipment support and has been a valuable asset in the setup and troubleshooting of WEEDit, our self propelled range and GPS auto-steering systems. He brings with him years of international experience as an Equipment Specialists in Monsanto’s Research and Development team having travelled throughout Asia to set up and deploy a vast array of farm machinery from many different brands. Previous to this Cecil worked in various technical/engineering roles, involving installation, set up and troubleshooting of electronics. Cecil also possesses trade qualifications in Automotive Mechanical Servicing and Consumer Electronics, as well as a Bachelor degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering.


Warren Schulze is based in Adelaide with Croplands team of technical support specialists, although his role is very much infield assisting our dealer network with machine set up and service. He is a keen fisherman and loves the outdoors. He is also a passionate family man and strives to do everything to the best of his ability. He has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the machinery industry and has worked for many well-known brands including Hitachi, Snap-on and Case. Warren has made it his mission to provide our customers with the best service in the industry, so please call him for any enquiries or assistance.


Lachlan Coom also forms part of the in-field service team based out of Toowoomba. Lachlan is a qualified and dedicated Diesel Mechanic, with over 5 years’ experience maintaining and repairing heavy agricultural machinery, including tractors, cotton pickers, headers and of course, sprayers. Lachlan has an excellent work ethic and has a good understanding of grower needs, having worked on agricultural properties for five years prior to starting his career as a diesel mechanic.
